Sister Glassett, who served here and has since returned home, came back to visit:
Then we went to go shopping for some fabric. Sister Judy Madsen, downstairs, said she would make me an outfit and a matching Aloha shirt for Roger. We went to this HUGE fabric shop in Pearl City. We found some really cool fabric!
Then Judy and Barbara had me come down stairs for some fittings -
JMy outfit is called a Puletasi. It is a Samoan outfit that is 2 piece, longer top over a longer skirt. We haven’t worn it yet…maybe saving them for our going home Aloha Oe???
