Sat. June 25- unpacking day!

 Since we left every thing in order to go shopping yesterday, we did all our unpacking and organizing the apartment today. Compared with other apts. we’ve had,,,,this is the Taj Mahal !!!! Especially the view!!  We live on the second story of our stand-alone home. There is another senior couple living below us.

We both park behind the house. (There is another yellow house just behind us which fronts onto the ocean) our car is the small grey Toyota on the left.

We walk up the stairs to a huge deck, that wraps around by our bedroom door.

The view is spectacular! And those breezes off the ocean are amazing ! Sometimes they are so strong we have to close some of our windows!

You walk into our  living room by the deck sliding door.:

Then on into our dining area, our desk area by the kitchen table, and our kitchen.

You can just barely see the stairs down to our front door on the above picture- right side.  We cannot decide if we want to use it our not. The previous tenants parked in the back and then just walked up the stairs to their always unlocked sliding door.  If we lock the sliding door, then we have to go out the front door and walk all the way around to the back to get the car!  What a dilemma !

Next is down the hallway. We have a storage closet on the left and the guest bath on the right. 

We feel very blessed to have a 2 bed 2 bath place. Here is the guest bedroom. Not much, but at least it has an air conditioner

Then further down the hall is our huge bedroom

Roger’s closet is around the left side of the picture :

around the right side is an area toward our sliding door to the patio, Diedra’s makeup area, and Diedra’s closet and our bathroom.

We feel very blessed to have this nice apt. Our district leader already asked if they could have the district activities and meetings here because it is bigger than their apt.  But, we don’t mind at all!
